Solution
The vibratory bowl feed system is designed to automatically sort and feed Luer Lock with Tube. The feed system comprises a hopper, a bowl feeder, a linear feeder, and at the end of the system, an escapement to separate the component parts.
Bulk Storage Hopper
The hopper is used to store and transfer component parts into the vibratory bowl feeder, providing capacity for approximately 1500 components.
Bowl Feeder
A vibratory bowl feeder is tooled to sort and feed the component parts before transferring them to the linear out-feeds.
Linear Feeder
Fitted with a declined tooled track approximately 600 mm in length, the linear uses vibration to feed the stream of parts into the escapement.
