The EcoType™ series is largely standardised and for simple component parts. All feeding systems are based on our vibratory bowl feeder and are free-flowing and without separation. They offer short throughput times and favourable prices.

All feeding systems in the EcoType™ series are based on our vibratory feeders sizes 200 to 400, and are free-flowing. These feeding systems are exclusively single-track and without separation, ideal for industrial component parts, commonly screws, nuts, pins, rivets, bolts, nails, fasteners, washers and O-rings with a feed rate up to 200 parts per minute.

The standardised EcoType™ bowl feeders are made from aluminium and internally lined with a polyurethane coat. Due to the simplicity of the part geometries, very little design effort is required for sorting. In addition, we can access a large database of simple feeding solutions here.

EcoType™ feeding systems from RNA are available with short throughput times and favourable prices. Contact us and we will be happy to help you choose which automated vibratory bowl feeders are most appropriate for your application.
