The EcoType™ Series is largely standardized and designed for simple component parts. All feeding systems are based on RNA’s vibratory bowl feeder and operate with free-flowing movement without part separation. They offer short throughput times and cost-effective pricing.

All feeding systems in the EcoType™ Series are based on our vibratory feeders, available in sizes 200 to 400, and feature free-flowing operation. These feeding systems are single-track and non-separating, making them ideal for industrial components such as screws, nuts, pins, rivets, bolts, nails, fasteners, washers, and O-rings, with feed rates of up to 200 parts per minute.

The standardized EcoType™ bowl feeders are made from aluminum and internally lined with a polyurethane coating. Due to the simplicity of the part geometries, minimal design effort is required for sorting. In addition, RNA has access to a large database of proven, simple feeding solutions.
