Transfer Loops
Solution:
The Transfer Loops are fed and orientated by a vibratory bowl feeder, and then are discharged from the feeder to the linear out-feed. A Tic Toc Escapement separates and presents one component part at a time for collection by the pick and place handling unit. The pneumatically operated rotating pick and place handling unit then places component parts in a fixed tray – 20 components each way with 40 components loaded in total. The tray counts and releases 40 components at a time into the bagging machine.
