RNA showcased feeding technology 4.0 at Motek 2019

RNA showcased its range of automation technologies at the Motek in Stuttgart between 07 – 10 October 2019.

The Motek in Stuttgart, is the leading International trade fair for production and assembly automation and has become one of the most important communication platforms between exhibitors and visitors. This year’s Motek motto “Smart Solutions for Production and Assembly” underlines that long discussed digitisation has now become reality.

Motek show 2019 review
This year we showcased the following flexible feeding and handling systems and solutions suitable for the food, pharmaceutical, personal care, electronics, metal and plastic industries: –

Our IoT ConnectBox is a mobile data collection device in connection with an IoT platform that enables data (machine output, temperature or other machine relevant issues) to be read out in real time. This is a very cost effective device to provide machine performance data and can be integrated with some ERP systems.

FlexType C is RNA’s latest and extremely compact linear feeding system. With a dimension of only 1900 x 720 x 1800mm, this standardised feeding system can also be used in the smallest of spaces with high performance.

The compact linear sorting solution FlexType M equipped with a 3D printed bowl provides very high accuracy for sorting and handling small component parts.

The FlexType P in connection with a Denso HR Robot, handles parts with complex geometries and different materials with high performance and efficiency. The intelligent FlexCube vibration platform provides a high volume of correctly oriented component parts for the robotic pickup.

We also exhibited our complete range of the RNA FlexCube series, the new intelligent vibration platform FlexCube380 as well as our control units of the new RNA SmartControl generation.
