Quadruple Hopper BVL and STF Feeding System by RNA

We would like to introduce to you our quadruple hopper BVL + STF feeding system, consisting of four vibratory hoppers (BVL) and four elevator feeders (STF) mounted on a common support frame. The system has been designed to provide a powerful 120L/600kg (30L/150kg per BVL) storage capacity whilst fitting within a compact footprint.

The hoppers are fitted with integrated quick empty gates to allow easy changeover, and the hoppers and elevator feeders can be run separately to prove maximum flexibility when metering product to the customer’s downstream process.
