RNA’s Bake Off for BBC Children in Need

RNA staff raise money for BBC Children In Need with cake baking competition
In support of this year’s BBC Children in Need, Thursday 10th November saw staff compete in the RNA Bake Off.

12 baking enthusiasts set out to create and present the best bake, in a bid to raise money for the well-known charity and be crowned the Bake Off Champion.

The judging panel sampled each bake and scored them based on taste as well as appearance. Congratulations to the winner Simon Carr and his Victoria sponge cake. Close behind were Claire Taylor’s chocolate cake.

The delicious variety of cakes, as well as generous donations from staff, resulted in £224 being raised for the great cause.

Big thanks to you and to everyone for taking part!
