The vibratory bowl feed system automatically sorts and feeds plastic white caps and consists of a bulk storage hopper, vibratory bowl feeder, and linear feeder.
Bulk Storage Hopper
The hopper is used to store and transfer component parts into the vibratory bowl feeder, providing a storage capacity of 5000 components.
Bowl Feeder
Twin track tooled to feed and orientate the component parts before transferring them to the 6 lane linear out-feed; Internally lined with a FDA polyurethane coating.
Linear Feeder
Fitted with a tooled track approximately 1150 mm in length.
