The vibratory bowl feed system is designed to automatically sort and feed Reagent Wedges. The feed system comprises a bowl feeder and a vision system to confirm parts orientation.
Bowl Feeder
A vibratory bowl feeder is tooled to sort and feed the component parts before transferring them to the linear out-feeds.
Vision System
Fitted with a vision system smart camera to confirm parts orientation.
The bowl feeding system is used to orientate and supply the reagent producion line with polypropylene wedge parts. The parts are all made to the same physical dimensions, and come in both clear and amber colour variants.
