A vibratory bowl feeder is tooled to sort and feed the component parts before transferring them to the linear outfeeds.
Vision System
Fitted with a smart vision camera to confirm part orientation.
The bowl feeding system is used to orient and supply the reagent production line with polypropylene wedge parts. The parts are manufactured to the same physical dimensions and are available in both clear and amber color variants.
