Solution
The vibratory bowl feed system is designed to automatically sort and feed two wad variants. The feed system comprises a bowl feeder and a linear feeder. Changeover between component parts are accommodated via adjustable tooling.
Bowl Feeder
A vibratory bowl feeder is tooled to sort and feed the component parts before transferring them in two lanes to the linear out-feed. Change over between components is accommodated via interchangeable bowl tooling.
Linear Feeder
Fitted with a twin lane tooled track approximately 600mm in length. Change over between components is accommodated via interchangeable linear out-feed tooling.
