The vibratory bowl feed systems are designed to automatically sort and feed Valve Stems and Valve Bodies. Each feed system comprises a hopper, a bowl feeder, and a linear feeder to transport the components to the next stage of the process.
The hoppers are used to store and transfer components into the vibratory bowl feeders, providing a controlled flow to maintain optimum levels within the bowls.
Two separate vibratory bowl feeders are custom-tooled — one for valve stems and one for valve bodies. Both systems ensure components are correctly oriented before being transferred to the twin lane linear out-feed.
Fitted with a twin lane tooled track approximately 900mm in length.
