The FlexType Series Multi-Lane Linear Systems from RNA are distinguished by their high performance and ease of use. Depending on the target application, the systems are available in four sizes — L, M, S, and C (Compact). The FlexType C is specifically designed to be space-saving while maintaining high availability and performance.
The multi-lane design enables feeding rates of up to 2,500 parts per minute. Unlike centrifugal feeders, which offer similar throughput, the FlexType Multi-Lane Linear Systems from RNA can also process asymmetrical parts, making them suitable for a wider range of applications. RNA systems are used successfully across numerous industries with high-volume production demands.
At the core of the FlexType Multi-Lane Linear Systems is RNA’s patented linear drive technology, which stands out for its unique vibration characteristics and exceptional performance. This advanced vibration behavior makes the system ideal for handling components with small or delicate features. The sorting section can be configured as either a basin or a compact catamaran system, providing flexibility to match specific application needs.
