Solution

The vibratory bowl feed system is designed to automatically sort and feed Plastic Bases. The feed system comprises a hopper, a bowl feeder, an inline selection feeder and an out-feed conveyor to transport the parts to the next stage of the process.

Bulk Storage Hopper

The hopper is used to store and transfer parts into the vibratory bowl feeder, providing a storage capacity of 125L.

Bowl Feeder

A vibratory bowl feeder is custom-tooled to sort and feed the parts before transferring them to the linear feeder with return tray. Then onto out-feed conveyor.

Linear Feeder

600mm of linear track to selection the part and return bad part to the bowl with a return tray.

Conveyor Out-feed

FP120 conveyor approximately 1400mm in length; Tick tock on conveyor to fixed end stop customer pick position.
