New feeding systems bring fast changeover and ultra-flexibility

RNA has launched a new range of automated part feeding systems aimed specifically at customers who need equipment, which is flexible enough to meet today’s manufacturing demands. Often this will mean frequent change over, as batch sizes become smaller and also the ability to cater for of new product variations.

High Speed Inspection Machines for Pharmaceuticals Industry

RNA were contacted with a request for a fully automated quality control and inspection system to handle and inspect blister packed tablets. The request was from a global leader in the Pharmaceuticals industry.

The system must handle with minimum changeover two components that are different in size. As the pharmaceutical industry requires the highest standards of design, usability and performance in all of their processing equipment, the system is located in a Grade D (EU GMP Annex1) environment and must conform to a very high pharmaceutical specification to ensure these high standards are met.
